FCS employs five full-time Lead Teachers, two part-time Co-Lead Teachers, one part-time regular Substitute Caregiver, one full-time regular Substitute Caregiver, one full-time Cook, and one part-time Aide.

Staff receives training through the Tennessee Early Childhood Training Alliance (TECTA).
